- Walnuts: 4.5 Grams Protein per 1/4-cup (29-gram)
- Pistachios: 6 Grams Protein per 1/4-cup (30-gram)
- Cashew: 5 Grams Protein per 1/4 cup (32 grams)
- Peanuts: 9.5 Grams Protein per 1/4-cup (37-gram)
Customizations We Love
Sometimes we like to add raisins or peanut butter instead of Dates.
One of our favorite combinations included raw organic pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds.
No Baking Required
Our family loves eating them raw, which is totally fine because they do not require baking, however, some of us like a crisper snowball cookie. If that’s you, feel free to bake your cookies at 370 for approximately 4-5 minutes.
Tips
You may have to stir the mixture as it thickens into a paste and re-blend a few times depending on what blending you use.
