Korean Beef in Lettuce Leaves
Every day Everyday. Clean. Built for discipline.

Ingredients
Method
- Whisk together the marmalade, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, ginger and garlic in a small bowl and set aside.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir together the ground beef, scallions, carrots and peppers, cooking for 5-7 minutes until the beef is browned and cooked through. Stir often. Add the soy sauce mixture and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring to make sure it is well blended.
- Spoon the mixture into the lettuce leaves and service, like a taco or a wrap.
This is one of my family’s favorite recipes.
